Cancellation Policy

  • Postpaid Subscription: Customers can cancel/stop/hold their postpaid milk subscription by reaching out to our customer support.
  • Prepaid Subscription: Once you have registered for our prepaid milk subscription, please note that cancellation is not allowed. We operate on a non-refundable basis, and once a subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Unused Amount of Milk: As part of the fee, you are expected to consume the full amount of milk you subscribed for. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or charge for any unused portion of your membership if you are unable to use it.
  • Subscription Transfer: If you are unable to use the full amount of milk, we reserve the right to transfer your subscription. This allows the leftover milk to be transferred to someone else who can use it.
  • Delivery Procedure: To transfer your paid milk order, please contact our customer support team and provide the recipient with the necessary information, including name, contact details along with the delivery address. We will make the necessary arrangements to refer the membership to the designated person.
  • Transfer Limits: Please note that subscriptions can only be transferred once in a given period of time. We reserve the right to review and approve all membership transfers, to ensure they are in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Refund Policy 

Milk Subscription : We operate on a non-refundable basis for our prepaid milk subscriptions. This means that once you have subscribed and made payment for the prepaid milk service, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason.

    Other Products : Once an order is confirmed, The Krshna Farms does not accept return or refund requests. However, in the situations outlined below, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

      1. Damaged Product: The Krshna Farms must be notified of any damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to info@thekrshnafarms.com.
      • Please include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product in your email.
      • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s) and work with you to provide a fair solution.
      • We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
      2. Missing Product: The Krshna Farms must be notified of any missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to info@thekrshnafarms.com.
      • Please include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received in your email.
      • We are unable to accept refund requests for missing products. However, we will promptly re-send the missing product to ensure your satisfaction.
      • We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.

      3. Spoiled Product:
      • The Krshna Farms must be notified of any spoilage of product within 10 days from the delivery date via email to info@thekrshnafarms.com.
      • Please include the order number, date of packaging/date of manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product in your email.
      • We are unable to accept returns due to variances in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand. However, we assure you that no compromise is made in the natural production process, use of the best and natural ingredients, and we ensure maximum nutritional value is retained.
      • After due investigation and diligence, we will replace the spoiled product and ensure a fair outcome. We are committed to working with you to find an amicable solution.
      • We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.

      There would be an admin charge of Rs. 200 as well as a transaction charge anywhere between 1.65% to 2.36% for any refund processed. If the amount is less than Rs 200 it would not be eligible for any refund.
